All sessions of the school and workshop (oral and poster) will take place on Universidad Nacional Sede Medellín Campus.

All sessions of the school and workshop (oral and poster) will take place on Universidad Nacional Sede Medellín, Campus. There will be a visit to Lidar Station-Medellín.

Oral Presentations
Each contributed talk will last 12 minutes with an additional 3 minutes for discussion. Invited talks will be 20 minutes in length with another 5 minutes for discussion.
Only electronic presentations will be allowed. A screen projector will be available for electronic presentations.
Would be desirable that presentations are uploaded before the beginning of each session. Preview of presentations to check computer compatibility will be possible.

Poster Sessions
Maximum poster size (width × height) is 90 cm (35.5 in) × 117 cm (46 in). Authors are expected to present their posters during the official poster session hours.

Conference Language
English is the official Conference language, with simultaneous translation into Spanish.
